This large park offers several multi-purpose grassy areas suitable for a variety of activities. The orientation of the beach provides a great feeling of tranquility. Benson Cove is a former site of Indigenous seasonal camps, eel fishing, and the timber trade. At the beginning of the 19th century, the shoreline was used for shipbuilding.
