Two mills characterize the area, one of which still operates for flour production. The banks of the river, located below, offer a feeling of tranquility. The Beaumont mill was built in 1821 and opened to visitors in 1967. The Péan mill, a flour mill located at the bottom of the escarpment, was built in 1744 and remains one of the only mills of its kind in operation today.
